Governance

The Kosovo–Türkiye Chamber of Investors (KTYO) is an independent, impartial, and non-profit civil society organization established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Our Chamber has a structure operating for the public benefit, aiming to strengthen economic, commercial, and cultural ties between Turkish and Kosovar businesspeople.

KTYO carries out all its activities in line with the principles of transparency, ethical values, mutual respect, and sustainability. While contributing to the economic development of our members, we also aim to add value to Kosovo's production, employment, and investment environment.

Our Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of our Chamber consists of decision-making bodies such as the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Auditing Board, and, when necessary, an Advisory Board that forms consultative mechanisms. Each body works within the framework of the duties and responsibilities specified in the statute, and a transparent management approach is ensured through internal checks and balances and audit mechanisms.

Membership and Activities

KTYO members take active roles not only in the business world but also in the fields of social development and solidarity. Our Chamber conducts education and consulting activities that support entrepreneurship and develops projects in cooperation with public institutions and the private sector. Our activities are planned and carried out in line with our internal regulations, ethical principles, and membership rules.

Statute and Transparency

KTYO's working principles, membership criteria, the duties of its bodies, and decision-making processes are regulated in detail in the "KTYO Statute". In line with our understanding of institutional transparency, we make our statute accessible to the public. You can use the link below to review or download the full text of the statute.
