The Kosovo–Türkiye Chamber of Investors (KTYO) is an initiative founded by valued participants who have long lived in Kosovo and the Balkans, with the aim of transferring the knowledge, experience, and expertise they have gained in Europe and Türkiye to Kosovo.

The members of KTYO have adopted contributing to the society they live in as a way of life; while preserving national unity and solidarity, they have made it a principle to remain attached to their language, culture, and core values, while also being globally minded and locally active citizens of the world. Our Chamber was established as a civil society initiative with this understanding.

Kosovo's Potential

The Republic of Kosovo, with its parliamentary democratic structure, is a young and dynamic Balkan country within Europe's deep-rooted history, moving decisively towards European Union membership.

With its young population and high capacity in education and foreign languages, Kosovo offers significant advantages for investment. With quota and customs advantages in exports to developed economies such as the EU and the USA, low living costs, and a competitive labor market, Kosovo is an attractive center for investment and production.

KTYO aims to make the most of these advantages, especially for investors who will engage in production, and to increase the income level and quality of life of society by ensuring the efficient use of resources through sharing accurate information.

Our Vision

The vision of the Kosovo–Türkiye Chamber of Investors (KTYO) is to be a pioneering platform in the economic relations between Kosovo and Türkiye, with the awareness of a strong civil society organization focused on solutions and results.

KTYO aims to create an innovative and competitive business environment between Türkiye and Kosovo by promoting sustainable economic growth, to build a bridge of trade and investment between the two countries, and to provide its members with a competitive advantage in global markets.

Our Mission

The mission of the Kosovo–Türkiye Chamber of Investors (KTYO) is to strengthen trade and investment relations between Kosovo and Türkiye, to provide its members with strategic management and consulting services, and to contribute to economic growth by fulfilling the following duties:

• Trade and Investment Development: To increase trade, employment, and investments between Türkiye and Kosovo.
• Business Ideas and Development: To generate new business ideas, develop existing businesses, support the entrepreneurial spirit, and promote entrepreneurship.
• Consulting and Feasibility: To provide members with strategic management, consulting, market and trend analyses, and feasibility studies.
• Unity and Solidarity: To strengthen the culture of solidarity among members and to take on a conciliatory role in disputes.
• Knowledge Sharing: To encourage the sharing of experience and knowledge between companies and institutions.
• International Cooperation: To establish cooperation with local and foreign chambers and to develop joint projects.
• Education and Development: To organize language and vocational training to improve the professional skills of members; to provide apprenticeship and internship opportunities.
• Culture of Entrepreneurship: To spread the culture of entrepreneurship among youth and women.
• Project Management: To prepare and implement projects for the European Union and other international funding sources.
• Social Responsibility: To organize aid campaigns for those in need.
